Third child, first daughter. Mrs. Schott is the former Deanna Bixby, daughter of Leonard and Phyllis Bixby of Baldwin, Ill. Schott is the son of William and Frankie Schott of Cape Girardeau.

McAlister

Son to Richard Lee McAlister and Stephanie Marie Teague of Wolf Lake, Ill., Southeast Missouri Hospital, 5:08 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 12, 1996. Name, Damien Steven Lee. Weight, 5 pounds 14 ounces. Ms. Teague is the daughter of Steven Teague of McClure, Ill., and Christine Whitmore of Matthews. McAlister is the son of Vie Noble of Wolf Lake and Rick McAlister of Perryville.

Thompson

Son to Tim M. and Susan Marie Thompson, Perryville Route 7, Southeast Missouri Hospital, 7:28 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 12, 1996. Name, Joshua Paul. Weight, 7 pounds 8 ounces. Second child, first son. Mrs. Thompson is the former Susan Schremp, daughter of Howard and Jean Schremp of Perryville. She is a registered nurse and assistant nurse manager of the psychiatric unit at Southeast Hospital. Thompson is the son of Nora Culbertson of Poplar Bluff. He is a high school teacher with Perry County School District 32.

Bennett

Mrs. Bennett is the former Rebecca Beggs, daughter of Bill and Shirley Beggs of Cape Girardeau. She is associate professor in the management department at the University of Toledo. Bennett is the son of Bill Bennett and Connie Bennett of Indianapolis, Ind. He is product planner at Ford Motor Co. in Dearborn, Mich.

Stroup

Mrs. Stroup is the former Tara Payne, daughter of Michael and Helen Payne of Cape Girardeau. Stroup is the son of Janice Stroup of Scott City and Randy Stroup of Chaffee. He is stationed with the U.S. Marine Corps at Camp Lejeune.
