Dr. Galvez-Myles is the daughter of Rosa Taico of Skokie, Ill., and Luis Galvez of Chicago. She is a family physician at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Chicago. Myles is the son of Ken and Jean Myles of Cape Girardeau. He is an assistant professor at the University of Illinois School of Medicine in Chicago.

Son to Douglas Hall and Francine Theresa Giardino of Cape Girardeau, Southeast Missouri Hospital, 11:13 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 22, 1996. Name, Stephen Douglas. Weight, 6 pounds 11 ounces. Second child, first son. Ms. Giardino is the daughter of Sharon Giardino of San Pedro, Calif., and Matthew Giardino of Westminster, Calif. Hall is the son of Carla Ervin of Floral City, Fla., and L.V. Hall of Myrtle, Miss. He is a nurse aide at the Lutheran Home.

Mrs. Shell is the former Gina Thomure, daughter of Cecil and Ellie Minner of Sikeston. She is office manager for attorney Joseph Fuchs. Shell is the son of Lee and Janie Shell of Sikeston. He is a vice president at Boatmen's Bank.

Ellis

Mrs. Ellis is the former Daniella Steele, daughter of Ozia and Evelin Steele of Tamms, Ill. She is a registered nurse at Southeast Hospital. Ellis is the son of Travis and Delois Ellis of New Madrid. He is employed by Dannie Gilder Inc.
