He is employed at Computer Consulting Associates in Lincoln.

Daughter to the Rev. Joseph Claude and Melonie Raye Payne of Chaffee, Southeast Missouri Hospital, 11:24 p.m. Wednesday, April 24, 1996. Name, Moriah Elizabeth. Weight, 8 pounds 9 ounces. Mrs. Payne is the former Melonie Bennett, daughter of Bernett and Linda Bennett of Barnhart. She is a bookkeeper at First Midwest Bank of Chaffee. Payne is the son of Hubert and Eleanor Payne of Doniphan. He is pastor of Chaffee General Baptist Church.

Kapshandy is the son of Yvonne Hyatt and Jim Hyatt of Girard, Ill. He is employed at Sullivan Tire.
