Mrs. Hinkebein is the former Janette Smith Cook, daughter of Jerry and Brenda Ayers of Whitewater and Silas and Debbie Smith of Anna, Ill. Hinkebein is the son of Jerry and Marie Hinkebein of Jackson. He is employed at Jim Wilson Co., and is owner of Hink's Mobile Wash.
