Mrs. Flanigan is the former Deborah Klipfel, daughter of Raymond Klipfel and Margaret Klipfel of Chaffee. Flanigan is the son of Duel D. Flanigan Sr. and Geraldine Flanigan of Chaffee. He is a farmhand with Stan Lumsden at Bloomfield.
