Son to Steven Michael and Sonya Koren Dobbelare of Perryville, Southeast Missouri Hospital, 8:16 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 3, 1998. Name, Mitchell Glen. Weight, 8 pounds 12 ounces. Mrs. Dobbelare is the former Sonya Nolen, daughter of Bruce Nolen of Perryville and Elizabeth Kornarske of Royal Oak, Mich. She is a daycare provider. Dobbelare is the son of Glennon and Marilyn Dobbelare of Perryville. He is installation manager at Stereo One Inc.

Ms. Haney is the daughter of Allen and Rosalie Haney of Chaffee and Carol Wright of Bristol, Fla. Robinson is the son of Charles and Theresa Robinson of Chaffee.

Heil

Daughter to Chad Alan and Danielle Elizabeth Heil of Billings, Southeast Missouri Hospital, 5:45 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 7, 1998. Name, Savannah Leigh. Weight, 5 pounds 12 ounces. First child. Mrs. Heil is the former Danielle Roussel, daughter of Bill and Sue Roussel of Cape Girardeau. She is a trooper with Missouri State Highway Patrol. Heil is the son of Roy and Barbara Heil of Sparta, Ill. He is a patrolman with Springfield Police Department.

Essner

Twin daughters to Kevin C. and Gwen E. Essner of Cape Girardeau, Southeast Missouri Hospital, Wednesday, Nov. 11, 1998. Morgan Elizabeth was born at 10:27 a.m. and weighed 6 pounds 3 ounces. Brooke Elizabeth was born at 10:32 a.m. and weighed 6 pounds 8 ounces. The couple also has a son. Mrs. Essner is the former Gwen Berkbuegler, daughter of Chalmer Berkbuegler and Dolores Berkbuegler of Perryville. Mr. and Mrs. Essner are employed at St. Francis Medical Center. He is the son of Rick Essner Sr. and Rebecca Essner of Perryville.
