Second child, first daughter. Ms. Moore is the daughter of Calvin Payne and Ruth Moore of Cape Girardeau. Foulks is the son of Rhonda Ikeard and Calvin Ikeard of Paducah, Ky. He is employed at Port Cape Girardeau.

Mrs. Ritchie is the former Jenifer Lutz, daughter of Jon and Joyce Lutz of Anna, Ill. She was formerly an English teacher at Meadow Heights High School in Patton. Ritchie is the son of Mark and Nancy Ritchie of Wauconda, Ill. He is a Biometrics trainer at St. Francis Medical Center.

Mrs. Schwartz is the former Phyllis Keen, daughter of Bernice Keen of Charleston, and the late Charles Keen. Mr. and Mrs. Schwartz are employed by Crop Care Inc. He is the son of Herman Schwartz Sr. of Benton, and the late Gertrude Schwartz.
