Mrs. Welker is the former Joni Mayberry, daughter of Ron and Sandy Mayberry of Cape Girardeau. Mr. and Mrs. Welker are employed with J&J Express. He is the son of Ken and Judy Talley of Jackson.

McHughs is the son of Larry and Leslie McHughs of Thebes. He is an installer with Cape Overhead Door Inc.
