Daughter to Andrew N. and Sarah E. Torgerson of Yuma, Ariz., Yuma Regional Medical Center, 11:07 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 7, 1999. Name, Bailey Dawn. Weight, 8 pounds 2 ounces. Third child, first daughter. Mrs. Torgerson is the former Sarah Hurst, daughter of Steve and Penny Hurst of Cape Girardeau. Mr. and Mrs. Torgerson are surgical technicians at Yuma Regional Medical Center. He is the son of Mylon and Harriet Torgerson of Lake Havasu City, Ariz.
