She is employed at Neurologic Associates of Cape Girardeau Inc. Scroggins is the son of Marggret Baker of Dexter, Mo., and the late Jessie L. Scroggins. He is employed at Super Wash Inc.

Second child, first daughter. Mrs. Bell is the former Robin Carbaugh, daughter of Amell Carbaugh of Cape Girardeau, and the late Roger Carbaugh. Bell is the son of Earl Bell of Germany and Chong Woolsey of Rolla, Mo. He is an optometrist in Poplar Bluff, Mo.

Mrs. Young is the former Monica Moyers, daughter of Michael and JoKaren Moyers of Chaffee, Mo. She is employed at Southeast Hospital, Young is the son of Daniel and Donna Young of St. Louis. He is employed by Scott County Sheriff's Department.

Mrs. Pobst is the former Sabrina Tyler, daughter of Jim and Barb Tyler of Oran. She is a teacher at St. Augustine School. Pobst is the son of Vernon and Susie Pobst of Oran.
