Mrs. Norder is the former Barbara Brown, daughter of the late Mariko Brown of Cape Girardeau and the late George Brown of Stewart, Tenn. She is owner of Sincerely Yours. Norder is the son of LeRoy and Alice Norder of Crescent City, Ill. He is president of Industrial Systems.
