Anthony Joseph Jr. was born at 3:44 p.m. and weighed 2 pounds 1 ounce. First children. Mrs. Heisserer is the former Anne M. Tally, daughter of Ben and Jo Tally of Cape Girardeau. She is a chiropractor. Heisserer is the son of Linus Heisserer of Scott City, and the late Frances Heisserer. He is a chiropractic assistant.

She is a teacher and volleyball coach at Clearwater High School in Piedmont. Thoma is the son of Carlton and Jean Thoma of Jackson, Mo. He is regional manager of Cape Electrical Supply.
