Blackman is the son of Steve and Mary Blackman of Jackson, Mo. He is a teacher and coach at East Prairie High School.

Mrs. Bollinger is the former Danette Dickerson, daughter of Dan and Donna Dickerson of Jackson. She is a teacher at Oran High School. Bollinger is the son of Butch and Karen Bollinger of Jackson. He is building and planning superintendent with city of Jackson.
