Mrs. Cook is the former Marisa Weiss, daughter of Janice Weiss of Bismarck, Mo., and Harold Weiss of Doe Run, Mo. Cook is the son of Nancy Cook of Burfordville. He is building/maintenance foreman with the city of Jackson.

Daughter to Heath Allen and Heather Denice Jennings of Jackson, Southeast Hospital, 10:55 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 21, 2014. Name, Lucy Belle. Weight, 7 pounds, 4 ounces. Third child, second daughter. Mrs. Jennings is the former Heather Cochran, daughter of Glenn and Deborah Cochran of Little Rock, Ark. She is employed by Belle Blossoms. Jennings is the son of Allen and Debbie Jennings of Jackson. He is employed by Jennings Masonry.

Ms. Green is the daughter of Lisa Green and Jerry Green Sr. of Marble Hill, Mo. Bell is the son of Bonney Robinett and Wayne Robinett of Cape Girardeau.

Baker

Mrs. Baker is the former Brittni Welch, daughter of John and DeAnn Welch of Cape Girardeau. She is receptionist at Welch Construction and Supply Inc. Baker is the son of Bonnie Baker of Scott City. He is a firefighter with the city of Cape Girardeau.

McIntosh

Son to Darren Michael McIntosh and Stacey Suzanne Bertrand-McIntosh of Burfordville, Southeast Hospital, 1:05 p.m. Friday, Jan. 31, 2014. Name, Breckyn Joe. Weight, 6 pounds, 14 ounces. Fourth son. Mrs. Bertrand-McIntosh is the daughter of John and Paula Bertrand of Oran, Mo. She is lead teacher at Early Learning Center Inc. McIntosh is the son of Mike McIntosh, Debbie McIntosh and Mike Pincksten, all of Cape Girardeau. He is distribution supervisor with Newell/Rubbermaid.
