Daughter to Steven Wayne and Leah Dixon Ford of Friedheim, Southeast Hospital, 2:23 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 19, 2011. Name, Haylee Elizabeth. Weight, 8 pounds, 11 ounces. Mrs. Ford is the former Leah Meyer, daughter of Randy and Lucy Meyer of Oak Ridge. Ford is the son of Larry and Pat Ford of Oak Ridge. He is a line mechanic at Unilever.

Cissell

Twin daughters to Lucas Jon Cissell and Elizabeth Ann Siefert of Jackson, Southeast Hospital, Wednesday, Jan. 19, 2011. Paige Addison was born at 8:05 p.m. and weighed 6 pounds, 3 ounces. Jordyn Elizabeth was born at 8:17 p.m. and weighed 4 pounds, 13 ounces. First children. Ms. Siefert is the daughter of William Siefert of Florissant, Mo., and Barbara Thomas of St. Ann, Mo. Cissell is the son of Natalia and Stacey Beasley of Tamms, Ill.

Fourth child, second daughter. Mrs. DeBrock is the former Sherri Uhrhan, daughter of Terry and Kay Uhrhan of Scott City. She is employed at Early Learning Center in Oran, Mo. DeBrock is the son of Bernie and Rosemary DeBrock of Oran, and the late Mickey DeBrock. He is employed at BioKyowa in Cape Girardeau.

Mrs. Bollinger is the former Heather Slusher, daughter of Susan Whelpley and Robbie Slusher of Jackson. Bollinger is the son of Ray and Della Bollinger of Jackson. He is employed by Coca-Cola.
