Second daughter. Ms. Hempstead is the daughter of Evelyn McBride and Eugene Uster of Cape Girardeau. Chamberlain is the son of Tonya Chamberlain of Sikeston, Mo., and Lonny Chamberlain of Dayton, Ohio.

Mrs. Belmar is the former Stephanie Reed, daughter of Randy and Kathy Cole of Farmington, Mo., and Wilson and Mary Reed of Desloge, Mo. She is a bridal consultant at Famous-Barr. Belmar is the son of Ron and Laura Belmar of Brunot, Mo. He is a nurse technician in ICU at Saint Francis.

Windeknecht is the son of Rosena Willard of Cape Girardeau, and the late Charles Windeknecht. He is owner/operator of Bainbridge Lumber.
