Wolfson

Son to Adam and Dorothea Wolfson of Kensington, Md., Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, D.C., 7 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 22, 2002. Name, Thomas Ethan. Weight, 8 pounds 3 ounces. Second child, first son. Mrs. Wolfson is the former Dorothea Israel, daughter of Thomas and Kilja Israel of Cape Girardeau. She is a teaching fellow at Johns Hopkins University. Wolfson is the son of Nicholas Wolfson of West Hartford, Conn., and the late Judith Wolfson. He is executive editor of the Public Interest in Washington, D.C.

Sebaugh

Daughter to Rodney Theodore and Lindsay Erin Sebaugh of Cape Girardeau, St. Francis Medical Center, 4:09 p.m. Monday, Feb. 4, 2002. Name, Grace Erin. Weight, 7 pounds 13 ounces. First child. Mrs. Sebaugh is the former Lindsay Siebert, daughter of Dennis and Joy Siebert and Cindi and Ken Kramer, all of Jackson, Mo. Sebaugh is the son of Theodore and Thekla Sebaugh of Elm Springs, Ark. He is employed at Dana Corp., and is a member of the National Guard.

Mrs. Shadron is the former Carmen Hammond, daughter of Barbara Hammond of Cape Girardeau and Henry E. Hammond Jr. of Bowman, Ga. She is employed at RE/MAX Achievers. Shadron is the son of Brenda Shadron of Cape Girardeau and Don Shadron of Duluth, Ga. He is employed at Procter & Gamble.
