Seventh child, fourth daughter. Mrs. Eck is the former Laura Beth Young, daughter of Tim and Carolyn Young of Cape Girardeau. Eck is the son of Wally and Sharon Eck of Jackson. He is a professional engineer and owner of Matrix Engineering in Paducah.
