Mrs. Tidwell is the former Latasha Townsend, daughter of Judy Townsend of Maysville, Okla., and Dwight and Mary Townsend of Toler, Texas. She is employed in communications with Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department. Tidwell is the son of Ina Tidwell of Advance, and the late Willard Tidwell. He is employed by Kielhofner Farms in Oran, Mo.

Son to Timothy Robert "Tim" and Magdalene Marie "Meg" Garner of Jackson, St. Francis Medical Center, 10:40 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 16, 2003. Name, Caleb Timothy. Weight, 7 pounds 2 ounces. First child. Mrs. Garner is the former Magdalene Beussink, daughter of Steve and Deb Beussink of Jackson. She is a counselor at Notre Dame Regional High School. Garner is the son of Bob and Linda Garner of Cape Girardeau. He is a teacher at Notre Dame.

Second daughter. Ms. Milner is the daughter of the late Dorothy Williams of Sikeston, Mo., and the late Bill Milner of Gun Barrel City, Texas. She is employed with Visiting Nurse Association of Southeast Missouri. Daniels is the son of Sharon Daniels of Oran. He is employed at Havco Wood Products Inc.

Mrs. Boyer is the former Deborah Lankford, daughter of Harold Lankford of Fredericktown, Mo., and Patricia Lankford of Perryville, Mo. Mr. and Mrs. Boyer are employed at VTG Corp.
