Dye is the son of Owen Dye of Cape Girardeau, and the late Valma Dye. He is service manager at Dutch Enterprises.

Mrs. Pennel is the former Kimberly Downs, daughter of Mac and Nancy Downs of Cape Girardeau. Pennel is the son of Roger Pennel of Warrensburg, Mo., and the late Deniece Pennel. He is a civil engineer with URS Engineering Corp.
