Daughter to William Edward Shelburne and Jill Cheriee Bastyr of Sikeston, Mo., Saint Francis Medical Center, 8:17 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 13, 2004. Name, Mia Faith. Weight, 3 pounds 10 ounces. Third child, first daughter. Ms. Bastyr is the former Jill Stephenson, daughter of Freda Stephenson of North Judson, Ind., and Larry Morgan of Milan, Tenn. Shelburne is the son of Kathy Rankouic of Australia and William Shelburne of Virginia Beach, Va. He is a metal fabricator at ARI.

Warren

Daughter to Dustin Lee and Alicia Ann Warren of Jackson, Saint Francis Medical Center, 6:40 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 8, 2004. Name, Hailey Ann. Weight, 7 pounds 9 ounces. First child. Mrs. Warren is the former Alicia Biri, daughter of Debby Biri and David Biri of Jackson. She is employed at Jackson Bait and Tackle. Warren is the son of Vicki Warren of Jackson. He is employed with Carpenters Local 1770.

Mrs. Walls is the former Jennifer Ackman, daughter of Doug and Judy Ackman of Essex, Mo. She is a teacher at Richland School District. Walls is the son of Terry Walls of Matthews, Mo., and Peggy Walls of Sikeston. He is a parts salesman at Nelson Tractor and Equipment.
