Rubel

Twin daughters to Matthew Scott and Michele Renee Rubel of Jackson, Southeast Missouri Hospital, Friday, Nov. 2, 2007. Katherine Michele was born at 2:25 p.m. and weighed 6 pounds, 10 ounces. Gabrielle Susanne was born at 5:11 p.m. and weighed 5 pounds, 13 ounces. Third and fourth daughters. Mrs. Rubel is the former Michele Millham, daughter of Craig and Carla Millham of Jackson. She is employed at Madison Physical Therapy Center. Rubel is the son of Robert and Bonnie Rubel of Cape Girardeau. He is employed at Mid America Rehab.

Collins

Son to Justin Ray Collins and Jackie Marie Kirkpatrick of Sedgewickville, Southeast Missouri Hospital, 10:11 p.m. Friday, Nov. 2, 2007. Name, Koleby Ray. Weight, 7 pounds, 3 ounces. Ms. Kirkpatrick is the former Jackie Fulton, daughter of Harold and Margie Fulton of Sedgewickville. She is employed at Wal-Mart. Collins is the son of Dennis and Sharon Collins of Sedgewickville. He is employed at ARI.

Ms. Loper is the daughter of Brenda and Donald Rhodes of Oran. She is employed at the Early Learning Center. Goodale is the son of Chuck and Paula Goodale of Scott City. He is employed by Cape Girardeau Fire Department.

Medlock

Third child, second son. Mrs. Medlock is the former Michelle Flippo, daughter of Barbara Flippo of Sikeston, Mo., and the late Ray Flippo. She is a nurse. Medlock is the son of Mike Medlock of Wyatt, Mo., and Tammy Barbee of Diehlstadt, Mo. He is a welder at Rental Land.

Ms. Blechle is the daughter of Beverly Duvall and Dale Blechle of Perryville, Mo. She is employed by American General. Wendel is the son of Gary and Emilie Wendel of Jackson. He is employed at Pajco Inc.
