Daughter to Brent Kipp and Rebecca Ann Hixson of LaPlace, La., 4:15 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 25, 2001. Name, Chloe Noelle. Weight, 7 pounds 12 ounces. Second daughter. Mrs. Hixson is the former Rebecca Davis, daughter of Charles and Deborah Davis of Woodbridge, Va. She is a registered nurse. Hixson is the son of Jerry and Faye Hixson of Cape Girardeau. He is a helicopter mechanic with Petroleum Helicopter Inc.

Mrs. Crader is the former Sheila Blankenship, daughter of Darlene Hastings of Chaffee and Orville Blankenship of Benton, Mo. Crader is the son of Diane Bond of Marble Hill, Mo., and Paul Crader of Benton. He is employed at Rubbermaid.

First child. Ms. Capone is the daughter of Michael Capone of Ellington, Mo., and Carla McCall of Jackson, Mo. She is a cook at Park-et Restaurant. Ernst is the son of Warren Ernst of Perryville and Susan Ernst of Fruitland, Mo. He is owner/operator of Ernst Trucking.

Mrs. Harper is the former Kimberly Ayers, daughter of Sharon Ayers and Jerry Ayers of Chaffee. Harper is the son of Barbara Harper of Cape Girardeau. He is self-employed.

Mrs. Richman is the former Justine Pfeifer, daughter of Donna Shirrell of Fruitland, Mo., and Mark Pfeifer of Farmington, Mo. She is a student at Southeast Missouri State University. Richman is the son of Kenneth and Patricia Richman of Poplar Bluff, Mo. He is employed by American Freightways.
