Third child, second daughter. Mrs. Salter is the former Requi Hines, daughter of Mary King and Jeff King and Leonard Hines of Cape Girardeau. Salter is the son of Francis and Janet Salter of Haverhill, Mass. He is employed at the Center for Health and Rehab at St. Francis Medical Center.
