Weber is the son of Richard P. and Margaret Weber of Perryville. He is employed at Perryville Machine Shop.

Mrs. Garris is the former Nicole Dube, daughter of Jerry and Jean Dube of St. Mary, Mo. She is employed in the accounting department at TG Missouri Corp. Garris is the son of Aladdin and Bettie Garris of Perryville. He is an engineer at TG Missouri.
