Mrs. Herring is the former Dawn Conner, daughter of Ross and Marlena Conner of Cape Girardeau. She is a teller at Bank of America. Herring is the son of Lorraine Herring of Washington Park, Ill., and Harold Herring of St. Louis. He is a police officer with Cape Girardeau Police Department.
