Mrs. Cahill is the former Sharlene Welborn, daughter of Phyllis Crockett and John Crockett of Chaffee. She is employed at St. Francis. Cahill is the son of Margaret Cahill and Robert Cahill of Chaffee. He is employed at the Southeast Missourian Newspaper.

Spence

Son to Mark Kendreck and Melissa Dawn Spence of Cape Girardeau, St. Francis Medical Center, 9:49 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 30, 2001. Name, Gabriel Kenrick. Weight, 7 pounds 2 ounces. First child. Mrs. Spence is the former Melissa Crow, daughter of Brenda Hancy and Phillip Crow of Dexter, Mo. She is a registered nurse at St. Francis. Spence is the son of Paul and Phyllis Spence of Cape Girardeau, and the late Kathleen Spence. He is a supervisor at Rubbermaid.

Second child, first daughter. Mrs. Plassman is the former Jill Gibson, daughter of David and Donna Canady of Cape Girardeau and Anthony and Diana Gibson of Chicago. She is a customer service representative with Sun Loan Co. Plassman is the son of Pam Plassman of Cape Girardeau and Jim Plassman of Marble Hill, Mo. He is regional manager with Prime Time Rentals.

Dell

Mrs. Dell is the former Mitzi Moses, daughter of Don and Patsyie Moses of Ironton, Mo. She is economic developer with city of Portageville. Dell is the son of Earl and Carolyn Dell of Gideon, Mo. He is owner of and broker at Dell and Dell Insurance Co.

Mrs. Richman is the former Justine Pfeifer, daughter of Donna Shirrell of Fruitland, Mo., and Mark Pfeifer of Farmington, Mo. She is a student at Southeast Missouri State University. Richman is the son of Kenneth and Patricia Richman of Poplar Bluff, Mo. He is employed by American Freightways.

Blissett

Third child, first daughter. Ms. Pruitt is the daughter of the late Vernon Pruitt. She is a CNA with Missouri Home Care. Blissett is the son of DeLois Jackson of Cape Girardeau and Charles Blissett of Sikeston, Mo. He is a student at Metro Business College.
