Son to Senior Chief Sean Tyler and Jennifer Lynn Eifert of Yokosuka, Japan, Yokosuka Naval Hospital, 10:36 p.m. Monday, Dec. 24, 2001. Name, Dylan Tyler. Weight, 6 pounds 14 1/2 ounces. First child. Mrs. Eifert is the former Jennifer Hardy, daughter of Phillip and Dee Hardy of Montgomery, Ala. She is on staff at Naval College Learning Center in Yokosuka. Eifert is the son of Raymond and Shirley Eifert of Scott City, Mo. He is stationed with the U.S. Navy in Yokosuka.

Third child, second daughter. Mrs. Ticer is the former Minyo Acord, daughter of Sherry and Tony Graham of Pana, Ill., and David and Kathy Acord of Salem, Ark. She is a licensed practical nurse at Jackson Primary Care. Ticer is the son of Carol and Dewaine Smith of Cape Girardeau and Norman and Connie Ticer of Kelso, Mo. Weight, 6 pounds 2 ounces. Second child, first daughter. Ms. Maloney is the daughter of Lynn Maloney of Jackson and Barbara Maloney of Yellville, Ark. Lichtenegger is the son of Herb and Barb Lichtenegger of Jackson. He is an inspector with Consolidated Grain and Barge.

Carter is the son of the late Arnie Lee Carter of Arcadia, Fla., and the late Mary Ruth Hanner of Advance.
