Mrs. Steffens is the former Kendra Kramer, daughter of Ken and Cindi Kramer of Jackson and Barb Kramer of Cape Girardeau. She is a certified pharmacy technician at St. Francis. Steffens is the son of Dale and Helen Steffens of Jackson and Sally Steffens of Champaign, Ill. He is a cement mason with Local 908.

Seabaugh

Son to Jamie S. Seabaugh and Susan Renee Haney of Chaffee, Mo., Southeast Missouri Hospital, 5:38 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 7, 2003. Name, Jonathan Paul. Weight, 7 pounds 7 1/2 ounces. Ms. Haney is the daughter of Allen and Rosalie Haney of Chaffee, and Carol Wright of Panama City, Fla. She is a manager at Security Finance Co. Seabaugh is the son of Emmett and Joan Seabaugh of Scott City.

Mrs. Overbeck is the former Rhonda Essner, daughter of Patricia Essner of Cape Girardeau. She is a speech/language pathologist with Cape Girardeau Public Schools. Overbeck is the son of Christine Overbeck and Howard Overbeck of Cape Girardeau. He is an assistant operator at Spartech Plastics.

Hawkins

Mrs. Hawkins is the former Lori Matthews, daughter of Pauline Matthews of Frederick, Md., and the late Lawrence Matthews. She is employed at Rhodes 101. Hawkins is the son of Omega Hawkins of Brownwood, Mo., and the late Shirley Hawkins. He is self-employed.
