Daughter to Matthew Dean and Kathryn Louise Bollinger of Cape Girardeau, Saint Francis Medical Center, 4:32 p.m. Monday, Jan. 1, 2007. Name, Shelby Ann. Weight, 9 pounds, 2 ounces. First child. Mrs. Bollinger is the former Kathryn Eftink, daughter of Ronnie and Patti Eftink of Gordonville. She is a lab assistant and phlebotomist at Saint Francis Regional Laboratories. Bollinger is the son of Terry and Cheryl Bollinger of Fruitland. He is a carpenter with Bollinger Construction.

Mrs. Hotop is the former Deborah Steffens, daughter of Allyn and Christie Steffens of Perryville. She is employed at Saint Francis. Hotop is the son of Rueben Hotop of Silver Lake, Mo., and Mary Ann Winterberg of Willisville, Ill. He is employed by H&H Painting.

Second child, first daughter. Mrs. Jones is the former Madra Meystedt, daughter of Moose Meystedt and Sandy Meystedt of Cape Girardeau. She is owner of Elements the Ultimate Salon. Jones is the son of Mike Jones of Omaha, Neb., and Linda Thurman of New Madrid, Mo. He is an agent with State Farm Insurance Co.
