Daughter to Joseph and Jessica Aubrey Cissell of Cape Girardeau, Southeast Hospital, 4:57 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 17, 2016. Name, Aubrey Lorene. Weight, 7 pounds, 9 ounces. First child. Mrs. Cissell is the former Jessica McDonald, daughter or Rick and Donna McDonald of Cape Girardeau. She is employed by Cape Girardeau Central Junior High School. Cissell is the son of Joe and Teresa Cissell of Charleston, Missouri, and Pam and Joe Holt of Benton, Missouri. He is employed by Consolidated Grain and Barge Co. in Scott City.
