Daughter to V. Jason and Jennifer Pingel of Neenah, Wis., Mercy Medical Center in Oshkosh, Wis., 8:01 a.m. Tuesday, June 2, 2009. Name, Maddie Lynn. Weight, 6 pounds, 15 ounces. Fourth child, first daughter. Mrs. Pingel is the former Jennifer Lottes, daughter of Charles and Sue Lottes of Perryville, Mo. She is an optometric technician with Jorgensen, Schulz and Associates of Appleton, Wis. Pingel is the son of Rita Pingel and Mark Smith, and Van and Cheryl Pingel, all of Perryville. He is a production trainer/technician with the Outlook Group in Neenah.
