Daughter to Seth and Jenny McDowell of St. Charles, Missouri, Missouri Baptist Medical Center, 7:58 p.m. Tuesday, March 13, 2018. Name, Parker Gwen. Weight, 8 pounds, 12 ounces. Second daughter. Mrs. McDowell is the daughter of Bill and Judy Aloisio of St. Charles. She is a physical therapist for the Pattonville Early Childhood Center. McDowell is the son of Denise and Tom McDowell of Jackson. He is the assistant women's basketball coach with Harris Stowe State University and a scout with National Scouting Report.
