She is assistant vice president and head teller at Jackson Exchange Bank and Trust Co. Mangels is an aircraft mechanic at Sabreliner Corp. in Perryville, and is the son of Walter and Elda Mangels, Perryville Route 6.

Mrs. Proctor is the former Joyce Fornkohl, daughter of Rosalie Fornkohl of Cape Girardeau and the late Wilson Charles Fornkohl. She is employed at Magna-Tel. Proctor is employed at Resin Exchange, and is the son of Doris Proctor of Millersville and the late G.L. Proctor.
