Mrs. Beggs is the former Alcey Healey, daughter of Lou A. Jonas of Pulaski, Ill. She is a secretary and emergency medical technician at Pulaski County Ambulance. Beggs is also a medical technician with the ambulance service. He is the son of Violet Beggs of Olmsted.
