Mrs. Beussink is the former Judith Phillips, daughter of Robert and Geraldine Phillips of Belleville. She is a computer programmer with U.S. Army SIMA in St. Louis. Beussink is a cost analyst with Air Mobility Command at Scott Air Force Base, Ill., and is the son of Ernest and Irene Beussink of Cape Girardeau.

Mrs. Roybal is the former Constance Lanier Ulrich, daughter of Eugene and Jane Ulrich of Jackson. She is a legal secretary for attorneys Cowles and Thompson. Roybal is manager of a bowling alley, and is the son of John and Jean Roybal of El Paso, Texas.
