Mrs. Gilmore is the former Jayna Jackson, daughter of Howard and Betty Jackson of Sikeston. Gilmore is the son of John and Gloria Crowley, and Marvin and Teresa Gilmore, all of Sikeston.

Voelker is a self-employed dairy farmer, and is the son of Chalmer and Evelyn Voelker of Perryville.
