Slinkard and Sally Pulliam were married Feb. 23, 1951, at the Bollinger County Courthouse in Marble Hill, Mo.
The Slinkards have 11 children: Joel Slinkard, Debbie Wolfe, Ernest Slinkard, Terressa Slinkard, Roger Slinkard, Carl Slinkard, Karen Chamness and Lisa Slinkard, all of Oak Ridge, David Slinkard of Chaffee, Mo., Sandy Slinkard and Stacy Slinkard of Cape Girardeau.
The couple has 13 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
