ANNIVERSARIES: SMITHS MARK 50TH ANNIVERSARY

Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Smith of Cape Girardeau celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary Feb. 18, 2000, at their winter home in Clearwater, Fla.

Smith and Lois Wiley were married in Cape Girardeau by the Rev. A.J. Langston.

He was employed 38 years at Lone Star. Mrs. Smith is a nurse and worked at several health care facilities.

Their sons and daughters-in-law are the Rev. Kim and Rosie Smith of Clarksville, Tenn., and Mark and Ranae Smith of Dexter. They have six grandchildren, Erica Boehm of Kansas City, Brett Smith of Kankakee, Ill., Kendra Smith of Clarksville, Heather Smith of Jonesboro, Ark., April Smith of Oxford, Miss., and Gabriel Smith of Dexter.
