FRUITLAND, Mo. -- Mr. and Mrs. Dallas Niswonger of Fruitland recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a reception and dinner at the Elks Lodge in Jackson, Mo.
Niswonger and Juanita Criddle were married July 2, 1951, by the Rev. E.G. Andrews, at the home of her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. W.S. Criddle in Oak Ridge, Mo. Their attendants were the late Edna Stroder and Paul Drum.
Niswonger is the son of the late Harlan and Marie Turner Niswonger. Mrs. Niswonger is the daughter of the late Charles B. and Grace Moore Criddle.
Their sons and daughters-in-law are Lynn and Janie Niswonger of Ocala, Fla., Don and Judy Niswonger of Jackson, and Chief Master Sergeant Robert and Julie Niswonger of Knob Noster, Mo. The Niswongers have seven grandchildren.
