Zora O. Dossett, 102, 2514 Allendale, died Wednesday, March 17, 1993, at Chateau Girardeau Health Center. She was born July 29, 1890, in Graves County, Ky., daughter of A.A. and Mildred Barton Meadows. She and G. Frank Dossett were married April 19, 1910, in Metropolis, Ill. He died May 23, 1943...

Zora O. Dossett, 102, 2514 Allendale, died Wednesday, March 17, 1993, at Chateau Girardeau Health Center.

She was born July 29, 1890, in Graves County, Ky., daughter of A.A. and Mildred Barton Meadows. She and G. Frank Dossett were married April 19, 1910, in Metropolis, Ill. He died May 23, 1943.

Dossett had worked at Watkins and Irvin Cobb Dress Shops in Paducah, Ky. She moved here in 1967 from Paducah, and was a member of First Baptist Church.

Survivors include a daughter, Jerline Dossett of Cape Girardeau, and a brother, Parker Warford of South Lyon, Mich.

She was preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters.

Funeral service will be at 6:30 p.m. tonight at Ford and Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel, with the Rev. John Owen officiating. Graveside service will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Liberty Cemetery in Graves County, Ky.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 4-6 p.m. today.
