SIKESTON -- Zora Odell Davis, 89, of Sikeston died Thursday, Aug. 26, 1999, at her home.
She was born Dec. 2, 1909, in Wickliffe, Ky., daughter of William Sanford and Rosa May Fields Lee.
Davis was a member of Parker Memorial Pentecostal Holiness Church.
Survivors include four sons, Johnnie Davis of Litchfield, Ill., Henry Davis of Cape Girardeau, Bob and Roy Davis of Sikeston; four daughters, Anna Tillman of Las Vegas, Nev., Mattie Boyles of Florissant, Colo., Alouise Dougard of Mesa, Ariz., and Glenda Woodard of Jackson.
Also surviving are three brothers, Shelton Lee of Morley, Bill Lee of Dallas, Texas, Henry Lee of Essex; a sister, Minnie Warren of Phoenix, Ariz.; 84 grandchildren; 36 great-grandchildren; and 20 great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two sons, four brothers, and two sisters.
Friends may call at Ponder Funeral Home from 4-8 p.m. Sunday.
Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Monday at the funeral home. The Revs. Clifford Waldrop, Maxey Schrieber, Greg Dowd and Dr. Jim Guffie will officiate. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
