McCLURE, Ill. — Woodrow Ray Graham, 70, of McClure passed away Thursday, Jan. 11, 2024, at his home, surrounded by his loving family and friends.

Woodrow, known to most as Woody, was born to Theodore and Levena Graham on Jan. 10, 1954, in Koshkonong, Missouri.

He was a minister of God and loved talking about the Bible and the goodness of God. He also loved music and learned to play a variety of instruments. Woody was an outdoorsman. He liked taking walks in the hills, searching for arrowheads, fishing or just sitting outside in a swing enjoying the weather.

Woody is survived by his wife, Rose, and three children -- son, Woodrow D. (Jeanne McClanahand) Graham, and two daughters, Christinna Moore and Rebecca (David) Parris. He is also survived by three sisters, Carolyn (Steve) Frey, Bonnie (Avery) Mouser and Barbara Graham; and three brothers, Alan (Tammy) Graham, Ronnie (Carrie) Graham and Chris (Nancy) Graham. He leaves 10 grandchildren, Daniel Parris, Klayton Parris, Austin Robinson, Brandon McClanahand, Jasmine Graham, Jordan Robinson, Steven Graham, Grace Robinson, Trent Graham and Harper Graham; and seven great-grandchildren.

Woody was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Michael Graham.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday, Jan. 19, at Ford and Sons Mount Auburn Funeral Home in Cape Girardeau.

Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Friday, Jan. 19, at the funeral home, with Pastor Stephen Clardy officiating.

Memorial contributions may be given to Ford and Sons Funeral Home on behalf of the family to help with funeral expenses.
