EAST PRAIRIE -- Willie B. "Bill" Brantley, 85, of East Prairie, died Friday, May 3, 1991, at Missouri Delta Medical Center, following an extended illness.

He was born Nov. 15, 1905, in the Whiting community near here, son of William B. and Nora Wilks Brantley.

Brantley was a musician, and attended First Christian Church here.

Survivors include a niece, Essie Walters of Dexter.

Graveside service will be at 11:30 a.m. today atEast Prairie Memorial Park Cemetery. The Rev. Dave Bowden will officiate, with Shelby Funeral Home of East Prairie in charge of arrangements.
