PATTON -- Visitation for William T. Pogue, 70, of Patton will be from 4 to 9 p.m. today at Liley Funeral Home in Patton.
Funeral will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at the funeral chapel, with the Rev. Jeffrey Lloyd officiating. Burial will be in the Reagan Chapel Cemetery near Patton.
Pogue died Wednesday, Dec. 2, 1998, at Barnes Hospital in St. Louis.
He was born Oct. 23, 1928, at Yount, son of Henry and Mellie Tinnin Pogue. He and Velda Heitman were married Dec. 18, 1949.
Pogue was a retired purchasing agent for McDonnell Douglas Corp. in St. Louis. He was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Perryville and a member and secretary of the Pine Hill Investment Club and the Patton Lions Club.
Survivors include his wife; three daughters, Deborah K. Edwards and Joyce Pogue, both of St. Louis, Susan L. Johnson of St. Charles; three brothers, Jake Pogue of Cape Girardeau, McCoy Pogue of Gordonville and Cecil Harper of Fredericktown; and seven grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, two brothers and a sister.
