COBDEN, Ill. -- Graveside service for William Orval "Jargo" Camden of Cobden will be held at 2 p.m. today at Cobden Cemetery. The Rev. Dewayne Taylor will officiate.
Lutz and Rendleman Funeral Home in Cobden is in charge of arrangements.
Camden, 88, died Thursday, Oct. 5, 1995, at Hillside Terrace Nursing Home.
He was born June 7, 1907, in Cobden, son of Shields and Rachel Anne Patterson Camden. He and Juanita Friese were married July 18, 1947, in Paxton.
Camden was a retired truck driver, and member of the Congregational Church.
Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Shelia Camden of Jacksonville, Fla.; a stepson, James Claxton of Jacksonville; a stepdaughter, Sue Crimmins of Jacksonville, and eight grandchildren.
