PERRYVILLE -- William "Bill" Maag, 71, of Perryville, died Wednesday, Nov. 23, 1994, at Perry County Nursing Home. He was born Feb. 25, 1923, at Tilsit, son of August and Ella Houck Maag. Maag was formerly of Cape Girardeau. He was employed by Lorberg Farms in Gordonville, and then was employed 30 years with Albert Schabbing Dairy Farm in Cape Girardeau, retiring in October 1983. PERRYVILLE -- William "Bill" Maag, 71, of Perryville, died Wednesday, Nov. 23, 1994, at Perry County Nursing Home.

He was born Feb. 25, 1923, at Tilsit, son of August and Ella Houck Maag.

Maag was formerly of Cape Girardeau. He was employed by Lorberg Farms in Gordonville, and then was employed 30 years with Albert Schabbing Dairy Farm in Cape Girardeau, retiring in October 1983. He moved to Perry County in 1985.

He is survived by a sister, Lillian Bohnert of Perryville.

Friends may call at McCombs Funeral Home in Jackson from 4-8 p.m. today.

Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Christ Lutheran Church in Gordonville, with the Rev. D. Lee Cullen officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
