William L. Irvine, 59, of Carson City, Nev., died Thursday, Oct. 6, 1994, at Carson-Tahoe Hospital.
He was born Nov. 29, 1934, in California, son of Darwin B. and Irene Burnhan Yelick Irvine. He and Nancy Hinton were married May 21, 1960, in Carson City. He had lived in Cape Girardeau 15 years, moving to Carson City two months ago. He had been a high school teacher, and was a veteran of the U.S. Army.
Survivors include his wife; five daughters, Kimberly Marquis of Reno, Nev., Laura Jackson, Diane Dullanty and Becky Irvine of Spokane, Wash., and Jennifer Shields of Dayton, Nev.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother and sister.
Friends may call at FitzHenry's Funeral Home in Carson City from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. Monday.
Graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Lone Mt. Cemetery in Carson City.
