ULLIN, Ill. -- William Dean Julen, 64, of Bunker Hill died Monday, Nov. 4, 1996, at Christian Hospital in St. Louis, Mo. He was born Oct. 8, 1932, in Ullin, son of George and Stella Julen. ULLIN, Ill. -- William Dean Julen, 64, of Bunker Hill died Monday, Nov. 4, 1996, at Christian Hospital in St. Louis, Mo.

He was born Oct. 8, 1932, in Ullin, son of George and Stella Julen.

Survivors include his wife, Virginia; four daughters, Teresa, Pam, Sandra and Debbie; a son, Jeff Julen; his mother, Stella Severs of Dongola; and stepmother, Velma Julen of Herrin.

Other survivors include 10 sisters, Pat Bankson of Mounds, Ada Dunsworth of Evansville, Ind., Mickie Hargis of Chester, Dianna Bodenschatzz of Jackson, Mo., Janie Shumaker of Chenoa, Teena Kraatz of Dongola, Kathy Thurston of Pulaski, Mae Littrell of Jonesboro, Linda Heern of Herrin, Marilyn Rice of Bolingbrook; seven brothers, Donnie Julen of Bolingbrook, James Severs of Memphis, Tenn., Perry and Joe Severs of Chester, Doug Severs of Dongola, Bobby Severs of Mounds, Gary Severs of Ullin; and nine grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a son, his father, stepfather, and a brother.

There is no visitation or funeral service.

Burial will be later in the week at Valhalla Memorial Gardens in Godfrey.
