OLMSTED, Ill. -- William Gus Colbroth, 67, of Olmsted, died Tuesday, Oct. 18, 1994, at Union County Hospital in Anna.
He was born July 26, 1927, at New Burnside, son of Gus and Ola Choate Colbroth. He married the former Margaret Crammer.
Colbroth was a retired log grader with Cairo Dry Kilns in Urbandale.
Survivors include his wife; a son, William Colbroth of Paducah, Ky.; three daughters, Brenda Sharp of Villa Ridge, Linda Owen of Mounds, Ronda Goines of Olmsted; his mother, Ola Sanders of Hickory Flat, Miss.; a brother, Doug Sanders of Plano; two sisters, Betty Whitie of Hickory Flat, Pauline Horney of Creal Springs; nine grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. today at Jones Funeral Home in Villa Ridge.
Funeral service will be at 8 p.m. today at the funeral home, with the Rev. Ernest Browning officiating.
Graveside service will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Joel Hall Cemetery in Athens.
